In the intro I think he uses a slide to make that effect, which I don't have so
you'll have to figure that out by yourself.  It sounds like a lot of the slides
in this song are played with an actual slide instead of just your finger which
makes it sound better, but you can do it without one.

p=pull b=bend /=slide (2)=harmonic v=vibrato
2b>4=bend 2nd fret to 4
