This song is so simple that it's silly.  Nirvana does play most of
their songs tuned down so that the actual layout of the riff is:

But, if you're lazy (like me) and don't want to bother tuning
it down, just play everything one fret lower.  You can't tell
the difference and it's much easier than retuning.
